5 WEEKS INTENSE COURSE AT TOKYO SUSHI ACADEMY.​

After I turned 51, I was feeling insecure with my future career as a creative director. So, I tried to think what would be a longevity career with high demand in the world right now. Sushi. 

​

So, I'm starting in January 2026. 

 

The tuition fee is 880,000 yen, and I had to purchase three knives: a deba knife, a sushi knife, and another knife. â€‹â€‹

​

The 5 intense courses are held in English. Two Japanese instructors with a translator are teaching 12 foreign students. Students come from all over the world. USA, Europe, Asia, and then some.
